It with saddness that I have to tell you that Stewardess Pat Collin knee Williams has pssed away. Pats time with Eagle extended back to 1958 where she joined Eagle at Blackbushe Airport. She was one of eleven applicants from a list of 3000. She flew Viking, DC 6, and Viscounts in Miami and Nassau. Returning to the UK she flew again as No.1 on DC6 aircraft. She was also on the selected list to convert to Boeing 707 aircraft. Pat left aviation when she married Mike and were happily married for 55years.They have a daughter Alison and a son Jeremy. The funeral is on Friday the 15th of December. There will be a private family burial at eleven thirty followed at halfpast two by a memorial service at ST. John Baptist Church Penhurst. Refreshments will be available after the service in the Leicester Arms Hotel. This is situated in the villiage within walking distance of the church. We extend to Mike, Alison and Jeremy our sincere condolences.
