SEPTEMBER 5TH 1952. From the Aeroplane Magazine Two Yorks recently put up for sale by B.O.A.C. have been brought by Eagle. They have accommodation for 50. One was ready for charter on August 28th and the other is expected to be ready by the middle of September. Eagle purchased the seats from B.O.A.C. These additions to aircraft bring Eagle's fleet strength to six yorks. One of the earlier Yorks has been sold to Air Charter.
