It is with sadness that I have to report the passing of F/E Andy Andersonon the 26th March 2015. I know all at Eagle will join me in sending to his family our symapthy.Andy was with Capt Adrian Bishop on the last passenger flight made by Eagle's Britannia G-AOVG.He shared F/E duties with a fellow F/E. He was employed with the company for four and a half years. After Eagle he trained as a bus driver with London Transport but was offered a job with Monarch which he took. One of his first flights with Monarch was to fly a Britannia up to Luton from the old Eagle base at Heathrow. Later he was employed with Caledonian. The funeral service is on the 10th April 2015 at 15.45hrs at the Surrey and Sussex Crematorian Balcombe Road Crawley Sussex.
